Spa Etiquette
As a spa guest you are expected to:
Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork and to change into your spa attire. Undress to your level of comfort. If you are receiving a body wrap, or salt glow, do not shave, wax or sugar your legs 48 hours prior to treatment. Showers are available for your convenience before and after your treatment
Please give the therapists feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas. At Le' Spa & Salon, we are here to make this the most relaxing and beneficial service for you, so tell us what your needs are and let us pamper you!
The spa/salon is not appropriate for children under 10. Children must be receiving services if present. Tipping is always left to the discretion of the client. Unless noted, gift certificates for service and/or packages do not include gratuities. Envelopes will be available with the therapist's name for gratuity at the front desk. To help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off pagers and cell phones while in the spa area. If you should need to cancel a service, please do so within a 24 hour period or your credit card will be charged the full service amount.
Your appointment is reserved just for you, if you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of the therapist. If the appointment is shortened you will be charged for the length of time you reserved.
We offer excellent spa and salon packages for your pleasure, however we do require a credit card on file when booking. If you do not show for your appointments, your credit card will be charged the full package or treatment amount.
